There is Nothing in Darjeeling

Kathmandu, Nepal, 1965 - Flanked by her hippie friends, young Kamala faces a difficult ordeal: going to trial for causing the accidental death of a corrupt local policeman. Against all odds, the young woman finds herself a little later, at the request of her mother Emy, at the bedside of Prince Jarawal, badly wounded in the aftermath of an attack. But she still does not know that he is none other than her biological father, whom she always thought dead ... While the denouement approaches, it is revealed that another part, hitherto secret, of the whole history, through the diary of a former British colonel of the Indian Army, who is none other than Kamala's great-grandfather.
